Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between wega888 ("Platform", "we") and any individual who registers for or uses the services provided on the wega888.org website ("Member", "you"). By creating an account or using any part of the wega888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

The wega888 platform operates under international licensing and provides online entertainment services including slots, live casino, table games and sports betting. These services are offered only to individuals who are legally eligible within their respective jurisdictions.

Membership Eligibility

To register and use the wega888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is a serious breach of these terms. wega888 may use technical methods to detect and verify user identity in order to prevent fraud.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the wega888 support team immediately.

• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Ensure your password is unique and not easily guessed
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
• Update your account information whenever your personal details change

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The wega888 platform supports a range of local payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for Malaysian members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. Please note that wega888 does not charge any additional fees for standard transactions, however charges imposed by payment service providers are beyond our control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account and method used for the original deposit as an additional security measure. wega888 reserves the right to request further verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for the purpose of protecting member accounts.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

wega888 offers various bonus offers to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirement refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means a total of RM1,500 in wagers must be completed first.

wega888 also offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8% and Gold up to 1.2% — calculated based on each member's wagering activity.

Prohibited Activities and Usage

wega888 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform or harm other users:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform
• Sharing or selling accounts to other parties
• Using funds obtained illegally or engaging in money laundering activities
• Uploading or sending content that is inciting, misleading or unlawful
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass regional restrictions
• Cheating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through unfair means
• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, freezing of existing balances and legal action as appropriate depending on the severity of the breach.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The wega888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis for entertainment purposes. We make every effort to ensure the service operates without interruption, however we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

wega888 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from use of the platform, internet connection disruptions on the member's end, failure of the user's personal device, or wagering decisions made voluntarily by the member.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system
• wega888 is not liable for losses arising from third-party network failures
• Maximum liability claims are limited to the active account balance at the time of the relevant incident

Account Closure and Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the wega888 support team. Any valid cash balance (not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned within a reasonable period after the closure request is submitted.

wega888 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if there is sufficient reason to believe that fraud, a breach of terms, suspicious activity has occurred, or upon instruction from a relevant authority.

Amendments to Terms and Notifications

wega888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page along with the update date.

For amendments considered material or significant, wega888 will make reasonable efforts to notify members via their registered email or through in-platform notifications. The responsibility to review the latest terms rests with the member.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction in which wega888 is registered. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or a recognised dispute resolution body in accordance with the platform's licensing terms.

The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. Members agree not to initiate individual or class legal action in local courts outside of the procedures set out in this agreement.
